Novastrait Foundation executes health projects across Africa, particularly cataract surgeries, through a systematic and professional operational model. All processes are managed within a holistic structure that encompasses needs assessment, patient registration, pre-examination planning, lens power tracking, coordination of doctors and healthcare staff, as well as post-operative follow-up and reporting.

Our health operations are not limited to surgical interventions alone. We aim to provide regular healthcare services in the field through routine patient examinations, basic health screenings, and early diagnosis efforts. In this context, we contribute to a sustainable healthcare infrastructure by working in cooperation with local health institutions.

Additionally, we carry out specialized health and protection support projects for individuals with albinism. Regular skin and eye examinations, the provision of protective equipment, and health awareness campaigns for individuals with albinism constitute an important part of our projects. These efforts aim to both mitigate health risks and raise social awareness.

All health operations at Novastrait are conducted through a transparent, traceable, and thoroughly reported system. At the conclusion of every project, comprehensive reports are prepared—backed by patient lists, examination records, operational data, and field visual documentation. Our goal is to provide sustainable, measurable, and lasting solutions—rather than temporary relief—to communities with limited access to healthcare services.
